I have 5 years experience hand coding XHTML 1.0/1.1 and CSS to extremely high standards of accessibility. All my code validates strictly to W3c Standards and I am able to convert any design to a table-less, fully standards compliant, accessible layout using (hand-coded) valid XHTML and CSS. I also have good practical working experience with PHP and MySQL creating content management systems effectively and efficiently using Dreamweaver. I have experience of most industry leading commercial web development tools but am particularly proficient with Dreamweaver MX/8, Fireworks MX/8, Freehand MX. I also have a strong understanding of e-learning principles and learning design with knowledge of SCORM compliant e-learning packages such as Adobe Captivate and Adobe Authorware.
