I will write software for you, either on a project-bid basis (if the project has been roadmapped, ideally by me), or by counting time.

Qualifications include years of experience since 1985, developing software professionally in a wide variety of languages, systems, techniques, and domains, plus excellent communication skills, including presentations, training, and technical writing.

Main languages right now are Ruby, Elixir, Python, and C, plus of course the inescapable JavaScript.  I know many more, but don't like them as much.  ;-)

Prices start in the upper $1xx/hour range; it goes up for various PITA factors, and can go down for nice things like larger time-units, faster payment, etc.
