I have taken computer courses while in high school and while pursuing my bachelor's degree at the University of Alabama. I am proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher), Lotus SmartSuite, Quicken, VISTA, Windows 95/98/2000/XP, and Internet Explorer. I use data entry skills in my current position as a Program Support Assistant and in my previous postion as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. While in both of these position, I entered patient information on a daily basis. I have internet experience from both personal and professional standpoints. I use it personally to check my email accounts and I use it professionally to check for patient information and updates on third party insurance carriers.
