Help center

1. Worked on full customization of help center. We have full changed the look and feel of the site.

2. Localization of the help center with different languages.

3. Created module to poste predefined formatted article for help center.

4. Using intermediate server implemented SSO feature. As zendesk do not allow to store big files.

5. Implemented file download using intermediate server and database. Database to store who downloaded the files.

6. Implemented article approval process for support agents. This is using tickets and help center.

Agents

1. configure trigger, automation and SLA setup.

2. Created app to connect to salesforece to display contract/license information for agents.

3. Created custom feature JIRA app, SLACK app, custom Help center article creation app

4. Worked with other external tools to connect vai app.

5. Configure the organization, groups, users and views.6. Custom triggers for customers as per request.
