Payment Terms == We are generally very flexible and project-specific and could vary depending on the technology, complexity, resource requirements and duration of the project. You could open a PMB to discuss further details. However, as a standard, we would prefer payments along the following payment plans:

i) 25% advance on selecting us for the project.
ii) 25% after completion of 1st phase of the project.
iii) 25% after completion of 2nd phase of the project.
iv) Rest 25% on completion.

After Sales Service and Support == INDWARE TECHNOLOGIES offer 120 days support free of charge after completion and handover.

Standard Business Terms == Confidentiality of all projects is guaranteed. We are open to sign an NDA with the client.
