Work Terms

Mere Images prefer to only work with employers who agree to the Escrow service (especially when working with an employer for the first time).
We prefer to communicate at least 4 equal times throughout the design process.
Office hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday. We recognize all national holidays as nnon work days.
Mere Images participates in the GURU network as a professional service & encourages feedback to and from its client base.
We adheres to the AIGA code of ethics work terms; found at http://www.aiga.org/content.cfm/design-business-and-ethics .
Client controlled or owned content, permissions, licenses, authorizations and personnel resources as appropriate must be made available to Mere Images in a timely fashion. Change requests that impact the project scope will be documented electronically and mutually agreed upon between Mere Images and the Client.
No verbal agreements between persons involved in this project will be binding on either party.
The following is a list of risks that could adversely impact to delivery:
Delays in creative content or timely reviews from the client
Acceptance of functionality and process
Unforeseen 3rd party integration problems
Inadequate access to client and other non-Mere Images stakeholders
We guarantee that upon accepting a clients project that it is understood to the specific deliverable and the quality of that deliverable.
