Hello. I need a U.S. attorney or paralegal with Lexis or Westlaw access to perform some research. I am interested in finding the most recent legal scholarship (last five years) on the legal issues (corporate, tax, employment, insurance, cyberliability - any others?) to be considered in connection with interstate telecommuting, i.e., when an employee telecommutes from a home office which is outside of the employer's state. In addition, if any states have EXPLICITLY addressed this SPECIFIC issue, please include such statutes and/or case law as well. I do not need an analysis. Deliverables: (i) list of searches performed, (ii) bibliography of relevant materials, and (iii) PDFs of or links to relevant materials. Happy to answer any questions to clarify project needs.
