Work Terms

I'm currently freelancing on the side. I have a regular 9-5 during the day, but can respond to e-mail. Eventually, I hope to make the switch to freelancing full-time, but do not have the client base to do so yet.
I work with Guru on a part-time basis. Much of my work is done after normal business hours, as I owe my attention to my full-time job during business hours. This doesn't prevent me from delivering on deadline though. I'm a hard worker, and I won't bite off more than I can chew.
Payment terms are typically 50% upfront and the rest upon deliverables. If it's a sizable deliverable, the upfront will drop with the milestone payments taking it's place.
I'm all about communication. If I think I have something wrong or mistaken, I'll communicate that to you to make sure you get the product you envisioned.
