Starting from Fortran programs to simulate hydrologic processes in a DOS environment (command line and batch file interface):
Modified pre-existing Fortran programs to gracefully handle error conditions, designed and developed a Windows GUI with Borland Delphi (Pascal), and integrated the Fortran code into the GUI (as a DLL) to make a cohesive Windows-based application.
Added graphical outputs of data results to the GUI.
