I have been in the field for ten years specializing in verbatim and edited summarized. I have typed thousands of audios ranging from medical transcription, interviews, one on one files, focus groups, phone conversations, conference calls and corporate earnings. Currently I work for a large company that transcribes financials for large corporations.
I have the ability to differentiate between different speakers and ESL dictators with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Most of my work is same day turnaround within reason. I work weekends and holidays to meet tight demands/deadlines. I have my own software to convert videos to plain audio so the work can be done more quickly and efficiently.
I typically deliver before the deadline. I receive a lot of work due to word of mouth. Clients are happy with my transcripts and price they often recommend me to business associates and other companies.
