I have over 13 years progressive experience in various sectors including education, banking and research. I am skilled in customer management, office administration, marketing and branding, report, article and proposal writing, organisation of training,development of training materials, research, data processing , and word processing.
I can help you- manage your customers' requests, inquiries and complaints, handle back office work like data entry, sorting, classification etc, Schedule and organize training as well as develop training materials, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and prepare official documents. I can also write, proof and edit quality articles, prose, poetry as well as transcribe audio files.
My years of experience in the corporate world had taught me how to work within deadlines and still deliver desired results. I have a business and result oriented outlook, always prioritizing my clients' needs because as always, the customer is King.
Work Terms
I work for 40 hours a week from 7am to 3pm GMT daily excluding weekends. However on special arrangement, I can equally work on weekends.
