Work Terms

I am available by cell phone, email or Skype if you prefer. My normal work hours are 9am to 5 pm (MST) Monday through Friday.

I prefer payment to be made through Safe Pay Escrow and will only accept money order or wire transfer.

I always require a signed contract (which I will provide) prior to starting any job.

Payment schedule is broken into the following milestones:
Milestone 1: 1/3 of contract amount payable upon acceptance of contract, after which I will execute thumbnail sketches for your approval.
After thumbnails are approved, I will execute line art drawings for design/composition approval.
Milestone 2: 1/3 of contract amount payable upon completion of line art finals. Once line art drawings are approved, I will provide color or gray scale roughs for your review.
Milestone 3: Final payment due upon receipt of finished artwork.

I will provide a digital file of the artwork for your printing needs via email, CD, DVD or flash drive. Original artwork remains my property, but client retains the copyright. This is a one-time use agreement. Any re-use of artwork shall be negotiated as a separate contract. Purchase of original artwork to be negotiated separately.
