This needs to be made up and registered for a small website that I am working on. Also, must have timeframe. Bidding must include all processes and fees. So you should include the fees for registering, research, rewriting/drawing if needed etc.
It must be understood that if the process is found to be, not different enough to patent, or you are not able to finish it, no moneys will be owed. Offers will not be considered that do not mention timeframe. Also need to know when I can publish web to internet, is it when all work is completed or can i publish as soon as the patent is started.
