Analyst for consultation and implementation. As an AI Optimization Analyst, you will play a
crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of our artificial
intelligence systems in the recruitment process and strategies
to enhance active and passive recruitment by bringing various resumes to
our database, phone numbers, email IDs, and other required things in the process. we have 4 lakh applicant profiles without resumes, and we need to bring resumes from various sources and paid portals. Doing this work manually is very time-consuming.
Experience: 10+ years experience
Tools: Experience with AI development tools and libraries.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving abilities, effective
communication skills, analytical skills, and collaboration skills.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your projects can
be helpful.
Project: Automation of recruitment process for staffing companies.
