Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Flutter Specialist to evaluate and potentially lead the transition of our app development processes from our current technology stack to Flutter. This role involves a thorough analysis of our existing systems and the delivery of detailed recommendations on the feasibility, benefits, and implementation strategies for adopting Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current Appsmakerstore technology stack.
Assess the compatibility and performance enhancements by transitioning to Flutter.
Provide a detailed report outlining the pros and cons, cost implications, and potential obstacles of migrating to Flutter within 2 weeks of the project commencement.
Develop a prototype using Flutter to demonstrate potential improvements in efficiency and performance.
Work closely with the existing small development team to gather insights and support as needed throughout the evaluation process.
Deliverables:The successful candidate is expected to compile and present a comprehensive report and a functional prototype within two weeks from the start of the engagement.
Requirements:
Expert knowledge of Flutter, including both Dart programming and Flutter framework.
Proven experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications and web apps with Flutter.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate existing technologies and propose optimal solutions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and make strategic recommendations.
Experience in leading technology transition projects is highly desirable.

Compensation:The salary for this position will be competitive with current market rates for Flutter developers as reflected on Glassdoor for the year 2024, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
