Task requirements are mentioned below. (Most important)
- Kindly use the notepad++ for transcribing.
- Save the file name as the audio file name and do not cut short and make your own naming convention.
- Do not use capital letters instead all lower cases for all the English words nor any punctuations will be used apart from the apostrophe like didn’t, don’t etc.
- Channel diarization must be tagged as Agent and Customer
- Numbers should be written as words.
- Agent name - in English small caps
- Customer - in English small caps
- Project name , area name and developer name - in English small caps
- Email - kamiya@vwew.com ( how an email Is written )
- Mr and Mrs - mister and missus
- Marathi number - transliterate in English - don hazaar ( example )
- Hindi number - transliterate in English - do hazaar ( example)
- English number - as it is - two thousand
