Our site, www.txmarketvalue.com, is used to produce a CMA to reduce property taxes. It is a subscription only site and online for the past 10 years. The user enters the tax account number, selects similar sold comparables and prints a report and a map. Two databases are entered and updated by us in MySql.
We speak slow Texan; prefer Arlington or Tarrant County, Texas area expert; and use WhatsApp with images and detailed requests. Our maps need updating and maybe a new api.
