• Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost • Preparation of BOQ, Cost Planning & Project Budget. • Coordination with Architect & different consultants like Structural, Electrical, PHE etc. • Contracts & Vendor Management • Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis & Bill Checking, • Indenting & Material re-conciliation, • Enforcing Budgetary cost control (using SAP- PS Module) and processing approvals in case of deviation. • Adherence to QC & Safety standards • Preparation of MIS
