7 foods that harm your child's dental

2 . Sweet that sticks

Many children like to eat sweets or sweets that get stuck in their mouths, these products have high sugar content, and they can also stick to tooth cavities.


3 . Pickles

Pickles can be delicious when paired with your favorite food, but these sour foods are not good for children's teeth, pickles are made with vinegar and can erode the lining of teeth, but if you brush your teeth or rinse your mouth after eating pickles, you can still enjoy eating them.


4 . Soft drinks
