Which more than 2500 Operator sites (Inclusive Sharing). More than 150 Other Operator Sharing i.e TATA GSM, TATA CDMA, Reliance CDMA, Hello Rainbow and for Aircel. Recruiting manpower, Site taking over data, MIS Data, Interaction with INDUS, Land Owner Issue, Govt . & private agency liaison. Effectively maintaining the operations at 99.95 % KPI as the most disturbed zone with minimum man power. Effectively providing support & Infra facilities to Sharer Operator. Measure out site load of present consumption for infra equipment upgradation to run smooth network without any disturbance. Requirment of equipment upgradation resolves through Material request note after approval of cluster manager,zonal gead and operation head. Effectively managing Field and Office. Field is visited daily for any correction. Tracking Rectification of faults in site equipments like DG,BB,AC,PIU &Power plant. Tracking of monthly Preventive mentanance of site Equipments and get done that with in timeline. Monitoring corrective mentanance of equipments on top priority to avoid any major equipment or financial loss. Handling Experts Team to get rectifications of faults. Handling MIS team to generate and publish reports . Rectification of Network alarms. Generating all required network reports and Availability reports on daily basis. Responsible for Minimum Uptime for the Major Outage. Publishing all mis tracker to all senior managers to let him know the current status of network related parameters. Vendor management and Coordination. Merchandising implementation and control. Support given for Improving NW Outage and Minimizing the Major Outage. Controlling all activities of warehouse. Controlling that all inwards material should be inward through challan/bills only. Controlling that all outwards material should be out through challans only from warehouse . Maintaining minimum stock level of warehouse. All bin cards for spares parts should be maintain as per inward and outward in warehouse. Ensures all spares on preventive and corrective mentanance should be dispatch from warehouse on challan and after updation warehouse formalities. Coordinate with all OEM and Vendors to get steamlined operation . Coordinate with field technician to get resolve the technical faults on sites. All field service reports to be maintain for preventive and corrective mentanance.
