My work experience includes one year and seven months with Deloitte Malta. My role as a junior auditor involved carrying out audits of companies in various local industries mainly tourism, pharmaceuticals, and construction. I carried out various tests of control which then led me to further substantive testing within the various elements comprising the financial statements. Later on I moved into the accounts department of KPMG Crimsonwing Malta. My role here was that of an accounting assistant. My major responsibilities where those of data entry, employee expenses controls, accounts payables, bank reconciliations and cash flow statements amongst others.
