Great experience in establishing and operating Finance Dept. • Monitor day-to-day Accounting operations: AP, AR, T&E, GL, and Bank accounting locally • Manage accounting teams and liaise with other internal stakeholders • Ensure quality, integrity, and accuracy of accounting data, transactions, and financial reporting • Review Payroll booking/rent/commission/recoveries / Petty cash reimbursement • Manage financial internal and external audits. • Supports the maintenance and improvement of Finance systems for better efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy of accounting operations • Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and related processes • Local country laws related to Tax (Income Tax / VAT / other corporate laws) • Participate in various promotions in Retail / Wholesale shops • Understanding of different Pricing methods used • Follow up on Credit sales or outstanding settlement • Knowledge of Retail & wholesale POS, purchase, Item return, etc. • prepare Budget, monthly MIS Report and variance analysis for management review • Perform other related duties as directed in order to meet the goals and objectives of the Department and the organization as a whole
