ACCOUNTING CLERK

Hello everyone,

I am a B.COM GRADUATE student with 3 years of solid knowledge of accounts and finance. I am here to help clients with their projects related to accounts and finance.

I am here applying as an accounting clerk and I offer a range of accounting and financial services.

1. I am quite adept in managing accounts payable and receivable

2. I can record and track invoices, verify receipts, and process payments to vendors. On the flip side, I can also do monitoring of incoming payments from clients, create invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts. In this way, a positive relationship with both suppliers and customers is maintained

3. Bank reconciliation statements. My job is also to provide a comparison of the company's financial records with that of bank statements to identify any discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of the financial data. This reconciliation process is crucial for detecting errors, preventing fraud, and providing a clear, transparent overview of the organization's financial position.

4. Last but not least I can also prepare financial reports. I am quite proficient in gathering and organizing financial data to create reports that highlight the company's financial performance, such as income statements and balance sheets. These reports serve as valuable tools for decision-makers within the organization, providing insights into profitability, liquidity, and overall financial health.

Apart from graduating with a B.COM Degree, I have completed some courses in MS EXCEL and FINANCIAL MODELLING & VALUE ANALYSIS from UDEMY and I also know MS OFFICE and TALLY ERP 9 with GST.
