I've been in a Call Center Industry for 10 years. I started as a Technical Support Representative for an American Internet Service Provider - Verizon for almost 4 years. I took calls and perform troubleshooting for internet connection issues of the customer. I also provided assistance for Outlook Email Setup,Wireless Connection, Configuration of Modem & Routers. Part of my task was to transfer to another department or schedule a dispatch of a technician to customer's address if all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for an Australian Mobile Service Provider where I handled incoming calls from customers, responding to service and billing inquiries, perform troubleshooting on mobile phone setup or issues, and addressing complaints. I also worked in an Australian and American bank as an Inbound Customer Service and Sales Representative where I provided assistance for Credit Card inquiries and upsell Credit Card products. My experience also includes both Inbound and Outbound Collections Service for a United Kingdom bank. I did outbound calls for customers who were delinquent with their credit card accounts and discussed payment arrangements. I also received Inbound calls to process payment for customers' credit card. I was also trained to handle Customer Complaint to be able to provide resolution/s. I have worked as an Outbound Collections Associate in one of the biggest banks in Australia. I did outbound calls for customers who have overdrawn Personal and Business Accounts. I was cross-skilled to Mortgage/Home Loan Collections where I also do outbound calls. Part of my everyday task was to liaise with the Melbourne counterpart as part of customers' issue resolution by calling them and sending emails. I was also in charged of collating customers' payment requests obtained by my coworkers then send it to Melbourne. Currently I am a Customer Service Associate, Social Media Manager, Shopify Manager and Virtual Assistant for an E-Commerce Store. I have a passion for continuous learning and would love to be exposed to different challenges and experiences.
