Firstly I would like to introduce myself , My Name is Cigdem and i am 31 Years old , was born Turkey - Istanbul and still live in Turkey I have been working for 13 years , I had many experiences from different kinds of sectors but for now i am working for one humanitarian organization for supporting refugees ( NGO ) for the last 4 years i have been in this sector and mainly working for Administration and finance department, but at the same time when you are working for a humanitarian organization , main idea is helping people and focusing solution without separating your skills from other people , and try to understand what they need and working, researching, collecting options , making financial plan, managing time. This is why i am offering mainly Administration support. Also in my social environment, i am a plan maker, because mostly i am dealing with different nationalities and i had experiences regarding the differences of races and i can understand what they need and what they are going to look like , personally i like traveling and attending different kinds of events and also preparing travel plans and event plans to offering my social environment, its happening always like that even when i am in the office , i like to be people's solution point and its makes me happy. I studied Business Administration, during my work I have dealt with all departments connected to Finance like HR, Admin , Grants, Program Management etc. I have a good experience dealing with Vendors , Bank , Accounting service , Financial Regulations , during my work I had to manage relations to a lot of vendors and regulating payments through different payment channels . I had the chance to deal with different agencies, UN agencies, different donors and I was handling all of their Audit requirements and making sure that we are working according to their compliance rules and guidelines. In this case , My main Motto in life : Focus and get serious with whatever you are doing!
