Virtual Administrative assistant Customer support, chat & emails, data entry I am a professional administrative assistant, quick learner, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and committed person, hard worker and able to work under pressure. I speak two languages such as French and English. I have good computer skills, good customer service skills and translations. I have worked with American Airlines as a sale/customer representative. I also worked with Amerijet International Airlines as an export assistant Manager. My experience has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations. My tasks as export assistant manager at Amerijet International Airlines was mostly in the cargo section and at American Airlines for 5 years gave me skills to deal with any circumstances. The first part of my job was to verify all travel documents, check in board the flight and supervise all flights at Amerijet prepare all documents, Manifest the flight and take care of all customers. I also provide tracking support with all other carriers until proper delivery to our customers. Follow-ups and customer notification were mostly done by phone or email.
