I have extensive customer service experience. I worked at Hollister, Sears, Cedar Point (as a manager lead), and Trader Joes all in customer service positions. Additionally, I strive at working to troubleshoot others issues when conflict arises. I also have extensive experience in both the university and professional settings with administrative and office manager work. I previously worked for the University of Michigan as a research assistant and manager, as well as, within a clinical private practice setting. Within these jobs i executed duties which may include, but are not limited to Data entry, Formatting documentation, Scheduling appointments, and Managing finances, such as payroll and claim processing. I also have extensive research experience. Once obtaining the complete details of the task I will develop thorough procedures on how I will execute the task completely. To keep track of all of your listings I would develop a spread sheet to maintain organization, determine appropriate follow-up needs, payment, as well as, to keep all important information in one area.
