Administrative Support Specialist

I'm a highly motivated person with goal oriented and efficient problem-solving skills. I am proficient in English and Spanish. I have proven myself and superiors that I am able to achieve goals through good communication with colleagues, effort, focus and as a freelancer, I have developed myself to be resourceful and independent. I am very efficient in managing projects using different tools such as Slack, Wrike, Trello and Hubstaff. I can type an average of 68 WPM (words per minute), and have an accuracy average of 98%. I have provided support remotely via TeamViewer. I have 2-3 years of experience in customer support, of which two of those years were via e-mail and live chat as a freelancer. I once worked in a contact center and I had the opportunity to become a trainer. My main responsibility was creating/facilitating lesson plans to new employees in all product knowledge and customer service skills. Alongside that task, I had to manage each batch of employees, their attendance, test scores, learning curves, provide feedback and elaborate and send to the client weekly reports of all assessments, performance, etc. I have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). I am confident in my abilities and always look forward to challenges as they give rise to experience and allow personal/professional growth and in hand with that comes stability.
