Current Experience in Educational Sector: Major Roles are: Ensuring that goods and services are promptly delivered. Making sure that vendor are delivered in a timely manner. Maintain all type of inventory and issue to designated department. Kept abreast of Inventory and made adjustment as necessary. Issue purchase order to vendors. Managing vendors and suppliers Securing the status of each supply. Coordinate with internal audit department for removal of any audit objection. Managing supplier agreements. Managing inventory stocks. Collect Demand from other departments ,verification and justification from end user. Nurturing relationships with suppliers to negotiate cost savings where possible. Interpreting and applying appropriate regulations, policies and procedures. Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers. Past Experience In FMCG Company: Key responsibilities were : Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving storing and delivering items, securing warehouse, supervising staff. Moves inventory from store to and transfers with related departments. Deliver supplies to departments by receiving and transferring materials. Maintains inventory by conducting monthly and weekly physical counts, reconciling variances, adjusting data. Inventory Management. Set inventory by batch wise and Specific item code. Manage stock by using the FIFO method. Presenting written reports and analyses to senior managers. Weekly and monthly cycle count to ensuring 100% stock accuracy. Responsible for Negotiating with local suppliers/ vendors in terms of lead time and quantity. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory. Make General items Stock report on daily basis.
