EPCM experienced and qualified Project Management professional with extensive experience of Fidic (different color books), NEC and other forms of contracts, pro-actively involved in Tender/Bid Adjudication, tender award and kick-off processes. Mobilize contractors, manage submission and approval of Project execution/ management Plan, Safety file, Environmental management Plan, Baseline schedules and Milestones. Monitor and control progress according to Earned Value principals for the complete life cycle of the project. Prepare and evaluate Claims & Disputes according to the specific forms of contract.
