I will facilitate a custom retreat style planning session. I will utilize Kepner Tregoe methodology beginning with situation appraisal, decision analysis, problem and opportunity analysis. Client will receive all business artifact, digital files and documentation developed during the session. The annual summit is best followed up with quarterly check ins.
