I make daily outbound calls to potential customers to qualify them for our solar panel services and to respond to their inquiries. I scheduled an appointment for the customer with one of our salespeople after I qualified him or her. In addition, I also promoted increased sales through customer conversations demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
