My name is Muhammad Usman Ex. Manager Operations (MTBC). I was responsible to oversee the operations of multiple Medical billing services, business developing and forecasting which encompass medical coding, coding, Transcriptions, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, follow-up, and/or reimbursement management. I had several clients under my supervision. I left MTBC back in May 2015 to pursue my goal to providing freelancer services to all over the world. Currently, I am helping some of my clients on almost everything starting from developing processes providing virtual scribes, assistants and front desk staff enabling them to reduce their operational cost which ultimatum leads to maximizing the revenues.
