a) Orientation of Agile Methodologies and Scrum, Kanban model for projects and operations b) Guiding Principles and Workflow of EPIC, User Story, Task, Enhancement, Bug etc. (INVEST principle) c) Backlog creation and grooming & Sprint Planning hands-on training d) Release Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective orientation e) Jira and Confluence hands-on training for users Atlassian Tools and add-ons administration jobs I specialize in are: 1) Manage all aspects of the Atlassian toolchain including workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons and integrations for the Program Management team 2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organizations to gather requirements to develop and deliver solutions to optimize the tooling experiences for Program Managers 3) Design custom Jira workflows for different issues types to assist in automation 4) Create, customize, and maintain support dashboards and advanced filters for end-users reporting capabilities 5) Develop metrics dashboards, heatmaps, reports providing development teams and senior leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports 6) Perform Jira administration of Atlassian tools: Jira and add-on support Jira Structure 7) Business Process Analysis as it relates to the workflow configuration, support of ongoing requirements, and environment management 8) Provide JIRA and CONFLUENCE subject matter expertise in discussions regarding governance within JIRA, especially as new implications arise in the environment with internal/external users accessing the current and new instance 9) Creating and maintaining technical and/or user-facing documentation for training 10) Developing and executing automation in close collaboration with cross-functional team members/key stakeholders 11) Providing data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration 12) Working with remote teams and team members desired 13) Working with Agile projects and processes with multiple cross-functional teams 14) As part of the Jira Developer role, I will collaborate with people across your multiple functional departments to define, suggest best practices and implement changes/configurations to Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian tools and plugins to better support changes aimed to increase efficiency through SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) 15) As a Jira Developer/Administrator contractor, I will help define, support, maintain, suggest best practices, and implement changes/configurations to Jira and plugins to better support changes to increase efficiencies and Program Management tooling experiences. My expertise in developing, maintaining and supporting automation workflows in Atlassian to streamline your processes using the Jira plugins. 16) Oversee, manage, and develop within the Atlassian ecosystem, be the strategic end-to-end owner of all Atlassian services 17) Deliver educational information to internal customers
