37 years’ experience in leading and executing Global HSE best practices (Health, Safety, Environment) in Chemical, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities, Supply chain operations, Office and Commercial environment, and various Construction projects.  From 2012 onwards, (After 26 years with HSE Corporate in Global HSE lead positions) leading own EHS business consulting entity in India.  10 years of partnering with gig teams, carried out HSE programs (assessments/ audits / training), Process safety management training and audits, Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) implementation & Training, besides cultural change through leadership coaching, as few key projects. Carried out 90 assignments in over the past 10 years, in Chemical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Wind Power installations, Oil & Gas facility, Jewellery refining and Electroplating plants.

 Expertise in a) EHS Due diligence for contract manufacturing assessments for managing toll manufacturing / III party norms, (For Global Pharma Multinationals) operational /HSE Management including Risk Assessments. b) Predesign HSE review for facility layout. c) Expertise in Energy & Sustainability initiatives, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Product Stewardship (PS) systems. Currently due to pandemic supporting on Remote operational EHS support to locations, and developing EHS standards and assessments for Industries.
