i'm a experienced architect with 5 years of experience, I work of Autocad and Sketchup.
My services are:
2 drawings for the model
3d model, Exterior renderings with textures
For making your model, I need a 2d handmade or any type of drawings or sketches to start from and information about what you need and what kind of plan/model you are looking for.
Time will be required for the project but it will depends on the complexity of the task.
To create the models and drawings, I use Autocad, Sketchup, Vray and Enscape.
