  Andy did a great job in addressing our concerns. This was, sort of, an open ended project in the beginning (because we had trouble dupicating the bug). One thing I really liked was how Andy did investigative work and identified potential issues, prior to submitting his quote for the project. Also, he was very good at communicating his plan to fix the bugs.
