Object-Oriented development that's readable and maintainable for many years. Development would be performed in C# or VB upon request. Our engineers use Agile development cycles which allows constant communication with the customer so requirements can be tightened, loosened, or changed. This provides the customer a competitive advantage as the development occurs and competitive insights come into focus. The applications we're looking to develop would be N-Layer or N-Tier. They would use "Out-of-the-box" technologies so you don't need specialists to maintain them. They would include Unit Testing and Integration Testing. They would come with all the structure and organization you'd expect of passionate software engineers. We're looking for more Backend work, but can also develop Frontend applications using Winforms, WPF, or ASP.Net. When we develop, we use agile methodologies. We specifically use the SCRUM Process in weekly cycles, which provides weekly reviews to stakeholders, and provides the opportunity for smooth transitions for requirements modifications.
