As a beta reader, I am aware of what constitutes a satisfactory novel in terms of story and character development, structure, and goal.  As a reader and writer myself, I am aware of what makes others want to read to the very last sentence and recognize what type of built in tension can make or break a manuscript.  Successful story conclusions are a work of art and it is all about the build up.  It is my job to communicate compliments and advice for each work I read.  My absolute best stems from the motivation to help every writer master their ability to succeed in the industry.
