As a result of this early exposure to multiple cultures and languages, I have native proficiency in English, French and Swahili. I have lived in the United States and in Montreal (Canada), as an adult. I hold an U.S. Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/ Psychology as well as a Canadian Bachelor of Arts degree in French-to-English translation. I have successfully worked in a wide range of sectors including French hospitality, the United Nations, a French-American investment firm, a network marketing firm, a multilingual language school and with an immigration law office. I am avid reader who is well-traveled. I have cultural sensitivity and a keen interest in issues related to the Bible/ Christianity and Christian education. My Canadian French-to-English translation degree involved the successful completion of bachelor/ master level courses in technical, business and creative composition and translation in both the English and French languages. My work with the network marketing firm involved doing French medical interviewing with doctors in France, via the telephone.
