I can analyze both small and large-scale WGS data, and can perform various analyses, such as identification of SNPs and InDels, CNV detection, and structural variant analysis. Along with metagenomic data analysis and WGS analysis, I also offer other bioinformatics services to support genomics research. These include transcriptomic data analysis, epigenomic data analysis, and comparative genomics analysis.
