My blogging career started through my Public Relations minor and continued because of my mission trip to Uganda. I started blogging for an internship I did for an event planning company in Flagstaff. This is when I realized I enjoy writing with a purpose. Writing to teach or to tell people things is truly fun! I wrote about whatever I wanted to and it ranged from thrifting to wine tasting to schooling. When I blogged for my trip to Africa, I was observing my surrounding and experiences and putting them into words for others to grasp my experience. It was truly inspiring the amount of positive feedback I received. People said they felt like they were there with me in Africa because of how descriptive the writing was. I enjoy it for that reason. I want to inspire people through words.
