My process is straightforward: I rely on you to share everything about your brand, including what has worked, what hasn't, and what results you'd like to see. Then, I come up with two or three brand identities that you could give feedback on. (Ideally, we'd choose one and then tweak it to your satisfaction.) After nailing down an identity we think would work, I'd create a brand identity and style guide for everyone in the company to follow. I've found that this is particularly useful for new hires!
