I am a seasoned sales & management professional. I am an extremely analytical, creative and driven individual who takes great pride in finding solutions to problems. I have had the opportunity in life to enjoy many different positions in different markets, and through those opportunities, finding growth while gaining a unique perspective that I can apply to a wide range of projects. I am a firm believer in open mindedness and the breaking down of the barriers that tend to narrow the landscape of management. Whether it is managing the development of major retail locations, creating controls and metrics to boost productivity, team building, presenting a solution to a need, or offering new approaches to fundamentally proven systems; I am never bored of the challenge. I am also a firm believer that Salespeople do not sell products, they sell solutions.... a solution has a much a higher and more tangible value than a product. I enjoy discussion and thought and have a prolific thirst for knowledge and growth. I am a very data driven individual that does not subscribe to limitations. I thrive in changing and evolving environments, as Charles Darwin said, "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change" and through this I gravitate towards the leading edges.
