Managing organization’s website. 4. Optimizing content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc. 5. Tracking the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly. 6. Attend networking events and product launches. 7. Identifying new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments. 8. Working on SEO of the website pages. 9. Editing and posting content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites. 10. Promoting company’s product and services in the digital space. 11. Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc. 12. Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns. 13, Seeking out the appropriate contact in an organisation. 14. Generating leads and cold call prospective customers. 15. Meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone. 16. Understanding the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these. 17. Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business. 18. Working strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes. 19. Drawing up client contracts - depending on the size of company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal. 20. Having a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them. 21. Ensuring staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them. 22. Training members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate. 23. Discussing promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department. 24. Seeking ways of improving the way the business operates 25. Keeping abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
