Kofi is currently the Managing Director of 360 Consulting, LLC, an independent consulting firm focused on helping clients with their short and long range business goals. He has experience at working across various industries including but not limited to consumer goods, technology and oil & gas. He is versed in thought leadership, quant and qual analysis, project management, and executive client management. Kofi has been able to create innovative solutions for highly complex organizations. Prior, Kofi was a strategy consultant at Accenture and one of the engineering leads within Kraft Foods beverage business unit. With his experience at big corporations, he has developed the skills and confidence to advice clients on the best practices for their business. In his spare time, he uses his expertise to help nonprofits solve their strategy challenges.
