I am the CEO/Principal Consultant of the PERI Group of Companies, a Caribbean-based organizational development and management consultancy practice with offices in Trinidad and Barbados. I specialise in Business Strategy and Performance,Coaching, SME Business Development, Non-Profit Business Development, Training and Development. In addition, I have experience in Strategic Planning and Performance Improvement Systems. I am a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Other qualifications include BSc in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of the West Indies and an MSc in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University.
