I worked with founders in setting up and organizing new business ventures, as well as with established companies in connection with internal corporate reorganizations. I worked on numerous multi-million dollars private company transactions, including acquisitions and divestures, corporate restructurings, financings, and the drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of general commercial contracts.
