I have worked in various CUSTOMER SERVICE positions for over ten years in which IT SKILLS have almost always been a prerequisite requirement. i joined BANKING three years ago and have gained lots of experience in FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY ,BUSINESS BANKING,CUSTOMER SERVICE and SALES AND MARKETING. My area of studY qualify me as a SOCIOLOGIST,ECONOMIST and PSYCHOLOGIST. i am also FREELANCE WRITER in my free time and do a bit of POETRY as a hobby.
