What makes a Great Business Plan? A Business Plan tells the story of your business, in words and numbers. It is a living, breathing, working part of your business. In order for the business plan to work for you, you as the owner and operator must understand what it says. I believe in using very comprehensive easy to read language, only then, are you able to follow your plan like a roadmap. A great finished Business Plan will be able to stand on its own, so a complete stranger, who has never met you or heard about a business like yours, can understand everything they need to about your business; so they can feel your motivation and understand why your business is going to succeed. This is key especially when applying for loans. Included in my role is helping you to identify obstacles and advantages that will be keys to your success. Average business plan will take about 2 weeks to complete, after revisions etc. You, the client will receive two physical copies of your plans and a pdf emailed to you.
